Nice gym that's not too busy with some updated equipment.
Floyd fitness center has THE best personal trainer! I have had the priveledge of working with Rowan Chantal on several occasions. The equipment is well maintained and the staff is friendly.
Had to post this on google because the manager deletes every bad review on the Facebook page. Floyd Fitness is not a place I would recommend to anyone. I would rather drive to christiansburg or Radford and be in a friendly environment.
I don't know how this gym has a single good review. This is a horrible gym with an even worse manager. I would recommend going anywhere but here!!
Was denied a membership because the manager has some sortof issue with my family. Pure discrimination, terrible way to run a business. I've never done a thing to the woman and I was straight up denied a membership, I just moved back to Floyd and wasn't exspecting any small town drama, but unfortunately this was such a issue for her she convinced the owner to not let me join. Even after I paid the 60$ start up fee, and signed the contract. The other owners need to be aware of this problem, because the only one that is apparently local is letting the manager run the place based off of her emotions. TERRIBLE way to run a business. No one should be treated this way. I just strictly needed a gym. I am a personal trainer and was even thinking about offering services at this gym, thus bringing them more members.
Great equipment. Helpful, cheerful staff. Highly recommend.
